We ship worldwide, with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, & Sudan.

We also provide full door-to-door tracking updates for 32 countries.

 

Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, German, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.

 

For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.

 

Please note that we only ship economy for international orders. Courier fees cost more than the product itself. Please be patient, your order will arrive eventually, depending on the mail service speed in your country.

 

Mexico is notoriously slow and may take 4-6 weeks plus. Let us know!

All our carriers enable us to offer high-quality shipping services at a low cost. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

 

Once your order ships, the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available) will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Yes. Most orders from Purebloods Gear can be tracked in your account and you will also receive tracking information via email.

For most products, yes – you can make design and text edits to your items up until we start printing your items.

If any custom t-shirt products you receive differ materially from what you created at Purebloodsgear.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your custom order. Please be 100% certain to choose correct size as we do not accept returns for wrong sizes. All we ask is that you notify us before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

Print Your Own Design questions

Yes, you can use your own images for your design although high resolution (300 DPI) is required for best results.

pricing is based on four components.

  1. Type – which quality types are ordered.
  2. Quantity – the number of garments you order with the same design.
  3. Colors – the number of colors in your design.
  4. Locations – the amount and locations of printing on the garment.

All pureblood products are printed and shipped from our partner printing facility located in Detroit, Michigan.

Yes! Every design is reviewed before it goes to print. We will contact you immediately if we find any errors.
